Missing Facebook & Instagram pages

This troubleshooting guide aims to help users that have connected their facebook or instagram accounts with speedy and are not able to find the expected pages to publish posts to.

Steps

• Navigate to your facebook page, proceed to log into the account you are facing this issue with.
• On the top right corner of the navigation bar click on your profile icon, then click on Settings from the resulting dropdown.

• Then click on Settings & Privacy.

• On the resulting page scroll down to Your Activity on the Sidebar to the left.

• Now click on Business Integrations.
• The resulting page should look like below

• Now find an integration called SpeedyApp and click on Remove.
• Follow the instructions after clicking on Remove.
• Now navigate back to the Integrations page.
• Disconnect with facebook required.
• Click on Log Into Facebook again.
• You will be greeted with a screen like below

• Click on Edit Access
• You will then be shown the below screen

• Choose all the facebook and instagram pages you require and close the popup.
• Click on continue and proceed to authenticate.
• You should now be able to publish to the selected accounts.
